Ability to design and manage customer surveys with multiple question types

Hi Totango team, 

It will be beneficial for us to design and manage customer surveys with more than one question of types such as Likert Scale, Multiple Choice, Text based inside Totango.

Currently CSMs use google forms or Survey monkey to conduct surveys. We want to feed in the information inside Totango to help CSMs plan their goals with accounts. Also Totango having capabilities to create user segments and  utilizing contact information already stored will certainly help Totango Admins.

This feature will be game changer for me.

  We have the same requirements. Please let us know if the ability to have more than one question in CSAT will be available soon ?

  This would be huge for us as totango is a central place where we bring multiple sets of user data from varying systems together. Having surveying data and customizable options for all use cases would be amazing as to not have to use a third party solution.

  +1 on having multi-question (and multi-question type) full-function survey capabilities.
