Touchpoint Email Send Address
AnsweredWhen sending a touchpoint as an email, the from email address is reply-to-touchpoint@totango.com. When sending this communication both to internal team members and customers having the from email address be the actual email address of the sender would prevent these emails from being flagged as suspicious.

Hi Ravit,
I think sending a touchpoint as an email is different than sending a campaign. We have already white labeled our domain for campaigns, and those are working as expected. What we'd like to come from the user's email address is when we create a touchpoint within Totango, and choose to email it to participants.

Hello Cobus Alyessa and everyone on the thread,
This was released a couple of months ago. If your campaign is white labelled the touchpoint emails also use the white labeling and are personalized. So the emails should not come from reply-to-touchpoint@totango.com
