Direct Connector to Pendo

I'd like to see a direct connector to Pendo.  Currently the only way to do this is by using a third party, but that is costly and not scalable.

  Hi Matt,

  We are working on our connector backlog to let all customers connect their data to Totango directly and easily. This backlog is changed according to the market needs thus I would like to better understand which data is fetched from Pendo and what is the integration frequency.

  Pendo captures customer and individual users clicks on a web page.  Similar to that of Totango's Javascript Collector.  

  I've tried setting it up using a webhook but the way Pendo sends data, doesn't allow a webhook to work.  Pendo sends all the data and you need to be listening in and pick out the specific data you need.  that is where a direct app would be beneficial.

  I agree with Matt, a connector with Pendo will give our CSM teams more insights as to where users are spending time in our software.

  Pendo connector is in our list of future connecters backlog.

  We will update when we have a timeline for it.
