Search all touchpoints (not just account by account)

Ability to search all touchpoints (beyon in a specific account timeline) would make our life much easier for a few use-cases.

For instance, when touchpoints are logged following a successplay running on multiple accounts, I want to have a view across all of them at once, not pull up every account timeline timeline and search for the one touchpoint there.

Other example, I want to search if a specific has been mentioned in touchpoints across all accounts.

  Hi Thomas ,

   

  I am guessing you would like to understand if specific flow had being haenning with an account. have you tried look on it using SuccessFlows?

  Hi Ravit,

  We have 2 use cases for this:

  - Search if a topic or a product has been mentioned with customers across our customer base.

  - Search for touchpoints logged at the result of a specific successplay/task, across customers.
