When you run a campaign it vitally important that you get your message across. But there are times when things go wrong! messages are blocked, email addresses mail formed for whatever reason. Totango does a good job of gathering the messages and displaying limited information in the "Bounced" / "Invalid" hyperlinks, but the data isn’t segmentable so that it can be used in follow up calls to action. Even the download function doesn't bring down all the data in excel.

i.e. The Reason codes are not populating the excel sheet…. But that’s not really what you want. You want to access the Reason codes so that you can build follow up SuccessPlays so that the business becomes more effective, reaching out to the CSM to check the email address, contact the person by phone as the campaign was really important…or simply removing the contact so that you don’t waste peoples time in the future.

  Thank you Laurence. Let me look into the export issue. I do understand the advantage of being able to segment on this data that you are pointing out.

  Let me know if this deserves it's own feature request, but it would be nice to at least be able to quickly follow-up with individuals that had not opened the email in the first place. We want to send pretty important onboarding information over, and want to easily flag customers that require us to manually follow-up with.
