    Missy thanks a lot for this detailed request. It makes a lot of sense. I will take this into account as we work on campaign improvements.

    I am curious to see if other customers also have a revenue angle to campaigns for their businesses.

    I'd also like to see which campaign recipients engaged with the email on the account record. Today, I can see which campaigns were sent to a customer, the # of users that were targeted, but I can't tell if they engaged with the email. This would be incredibly useful for the CSM team to be able to easily tell whether or not their customers read campaign emails.
