Admin Feature

We would like the admin to have the ability to login as a user.  This would assist with the following:

• troubleshooting
• setting personal email signature
• setting my portfolio
• building segments

  Hi,

   

  can you please clarify what do you mean? when an admin logs in , he has all these capabilities.

  there are specific activities that relate to the user itself like profile,image, preferences that only the user can do

  The ability for an admin to impersonate a user would allow for troubleshooting and seeing what the end user sees.

  In the software we license to our own customers, this functionality is known as "proxy" in as the user. All information on the screen gets presented to the admin in such a way that there's zero difference between what the admin is currently seeing and what that "proxied in as" user would see on their screen
