Create Task from Touchpoint

From a touchpoint I would like to be able to create one or more tasks and assign. Many of my meetings result in tasks and currently it makes it a multiple screen process.

  Not only create a task from the touchpoint, but also continue the flow to allow that task to be added directly to the Plan either under a new defined objective or an existing objective.   If a user is in a task they have created outside of the plan, the flow should allow the user to add the task to a new / existing objective in their Plan.

  This would be very helpful. Pretty much every touchpoint I log has some sort of follow-up tied to it. Being able to log tasks from touchpoints would significantly increase my efficiency.

  I agree that this would be helpful in day-to-day workflow! Sometimes I forget to add the task since I don't want to leave my touchpoint before I am complete.

  +1 .  Adding a follow-up task to a touchpoint that sets a reminder to check on the items reviewed/discussed during the touchpoint would be huge.

  Yes please! you can already do this from a touchpoint that is generated as part of a successplay, but oddly not if it is a stand alone touchpoint. This would be so helpful.
