We have some scenarios where users are being created as duplicates.
This typically happens when the user is added manually by the CSM to log touchpoints and discussions prior to that user having a 'user account' on our software.
Then a user account is created, and this causes a duplicate (as the User ID is set to match the User ID in our software - and for the manually created user we were unable to set a user ID)
It would be great to be able to easily find and merge these users together, so that we don't need to delete one of the users and loose historical data, etc.
