Automated Email Messages

First, we love the automated email functionality.  Specifically for onboarding customers we love that we can trigger one email based off the next, to account for a cohesive and extensive onboarding experience.

One thing that would be amazing is if we could account for weekends with those triggers.  We feel our weekend messages may be getting lost on customers and because they could start their journey any day of the week, there is no way to account for weekends with consistency.

  Lindsay and Zack thank you for bringing this up. We are aware of this and are hoping to make a big push in Q3 to improve the Campaign experience. We definitely plan to address this and other issues around Campaigns.
