Customer Metrics using User Information

    In ChurnZero, there is the ability to gather user level information and use that information to create insights into account activity which drives engagement.  This allows the ability to understand if user activity is localized or spread out across an organization. 

    How much effort would it be to include user level attributes as criteria in custom metrics without have to export the information from Totango, calculate offline in excel and reimport as an account level attribute?

    @Denney we have to do that as well. Our data pipeline that imports data on the user level is also used to sum up and aggregate information at the account level and import it as a separate account attribute.
