Customer Metrics using User Information
We have a number of user numeric attributes that we are pushing from our product to Totango and want to create some custom metrics; however, it seems Totango is unable to use user information.
Looks like we will need to create a way to export the information from Totango in excel, sum in excel and then import in as an account attribute so we can create a customer metric.

In ChurnZero, there is the ability to gather user level information and use that information to create insights into account activity which drives engagement. This allows the ability to understand if user activity is localized or spread out across an organization.
How much effort would it be to include user level attributes as criteria in custom metrics without have to export the information from Totango, calculate offline in excel and reimport as an account level attribute?
