Touchpoint List View
Looking for the ability to list Touchpoints without them first being organized by account. It seems this is not available in the product and I'm finding it time consuming to review accounts.
On the agenda tab, in my portfolio, tasks are listed without first being organized by account. Can something similar be done with touchpoints?

Denny,
Thank you for the question. If you create a segment and go to the Timeline tab on the top right and then filter type by Touchpoint you can see a running view of all the touchpoints.
In a segment a touchpoints only collection will be added next weekend that will allow you to look at all the touchpoints with any filters applied. Note Account will always be there in context since touchpoints live within an account...
Cheers
Vijay

Vijay,
You do see a list of touchpoints, however, they are filtered by account and as such, you have to scroll through every account including accounts that might not have any touchpoints.
Whereas, if you look at My Portfolio/ Agenda, you see how tasks are listed more conveniently and account is simply part of the details.Cheers,

Our workflow is slightly different.....
We're logging a lot of touchpoints via email to touchpoints@totango.com
Being able to easily review 'all touchpoints logged recently' in a single timeline, and edit them if needed, would be useful..... as we often need to edit them after they are sent in via this method to add relevant information or participants, etc.
If there is an improved way for logging touchpoints via email on the horizon (eg an Outlook add in, Gmail app, etc) which allows you to set this information when creating the touchpoint, this workflow may not be required.
