    Denny,

Thank you for the question. If you create a segment and go to the Timeline tab on the top right and then filter type by Touchpoint you can see a running view of all the touchpoints.

In a segment a touchpoints only collection will be added next weekend that will allow you to look at all the touchpoints with any filters applied. Note Account will always be there in context since touchpoints live within an account...

    Cheers

    Vijay,

You do see a list of touchpoints, however, they are filtered by account and as such, you have to scroll through every account including accounts that might not have any touchpoints.

Whereas, if you look at My Portfolio/ Agenda, you see how tasks are listed more conveniently and account is simply part of the details.

    Cheers,

I too was looking for this.  I envisage something like the 'Usage Monitor' executive console.

    Denny / Matt,

If the timeline view in segment somehow surfaced the accounts with touchpoints and push the accounts with no touchpoints lower in the list that would help right?

    Thanks

    Vijay

    Hi Denny, Matt,

Can you please explain your workflow with such a view?

a touchpoint is often like a completed task.. but, when you look at completed tasks in your agenda, you don't see touchpoints.

we review touchpoints in addition to complete tasks and since we can't list without them being filtered by account first, we can't cross-compare and review effectively, like we can with tasks/ Agenda view.

    Our workflow is slightly different.....

We're logging a lot of touchpoints via email to touchpoints@totango.com

Being able to easily review 'all touchpoints logged recently' in a single timeline, and edit them if needed, would be useful..... as we often need to edit them after they are sent in via this method to add relevant information or participants, etc.

If there is an improved way for logging touchpoints via email on the horizon (eg an Outlook add in, Gmail app, etc) which allows you to set this information when creating the touchpoint, this workflow may not be required.

I like that, that's even better than logging into Totango to log a touchpoint.. and agreed, we also would review touchpoint and make edits if necessary.

@vijay, any update on this? ..it's getting tiresome sorting through touchpoints because they are always filtered by customer.
