Currently, we cannot bulk update attributes in a Segment view if they map back to Salesforce. Totango does not consider this a UI change on the account level. If the team goes in and attempts to do this, Totango will allow it, however, when Salesforce next syncs, all information changed in the bulk update gets overridden with the data in Salesforce.
This is causing frustration/confusion for the team in terms of inefficiency and potentially inaccurate data if they are not properly trained on the limitations of Salesforce mapped fields in Totango.
Having the ability to bulk update SFDC mapped fields would greatly improve user efficiency and overall experience by allowing them to quickly make updates on large groups of customers rather than having to open each individual customer and updating 1 by 1.
