Ability to create timeline entries as drafts
AvailableInstead of having to save it as complete immediately, it would be great to be able to save as a draft first. The use case would be for a customer call, I like to write down my prep notes/ agenda and attendees ahead of time and then save for later. With the current set up, I have either to save it and make a note that it's a draft so I can change later or I have to write the notes elsewhere and copy paste into Totango. Either way, it's extra unnecessary steps.
FYI- Gainsight does has this as a feature and it's one that's extremely useful

We introduced Draft touchpoints over a year ago. Looks like I forgot to mark this as delivered.

Lilian,
I'm actually personally using this use-case that you describe.
Setup a touchpoint with all the content ahead of the meeting, including the meeting attendees, and at the end of the meeting, making some modifications and send it to customers as meeting summary, action items, and internal recording.
The way I do it today is to have the dialog of a touchpoint open at full screen on a separate tab.
Saving it as a draft can be useful, I agree.

Vijay any updates on this? I just lost notes from a very important call because I clicked away from notes and had not saved them yet. Insurance against losing important notes and encouraging customers to write notes within the platform is definitely another important use case for drafts.
