    I would also like to create touchpoints from Gmail without having to email a client. This would be very useful to retroactively create a touchpoint in a case where one did not include touchpoints in 'BCC'.

    Agreed with all of the above and would allow for simplification of knowing the difference between when:

    • We last reached out to a customer
    • They last engaged/responded back to us

    We can send all the newsletters and updates we want to a customer, but we want to know when they last engaged with us.. engagement is a very important metric, not just knowing when we last reached out to a customer

    Definitely agree as this is limiting our CSMs and logging of TP.  The bcc to create a touchpoint doesn't work well in our environment given how our DNS is setup with Totango, so an integration with Outlook is necessary.

    +1... similarly, would love a Totango plugin for Gmail/Outlook that allows for direct logging of touchpoints or creation of tasks without leaving your inbox. Other tools offer similar features and they are a huge benefit from an efficiency standpoint.

    Agreed with all. As an additional feature if we can have a way to populate TP details such as Success flow or reason as part of Outlook integration that would be ideal.
