Create / log Touchpoints directly from email clients
I think it would be useful to be able to create / add touchpoints from mail clients / systems (eg Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, etc) allowing us to 'tag' email conversations and have them recorded against totango objects
This would be similar to SalesForce - eg

I know that we can 'BCC' emails in to Totango, but I think this would be easier?
Just a thought as we migrate from Salesforce to Totango for our CS Activities....

Agreed with all of the above and would allow for simplification of knowing the difference between when:
- We last reached out to a customer
- They last engaged/responded back to us
We can send all the newsletters and updates we want to a customer, but we want to know when they last engaged with us.. engagement is a very important metric, not just knowing when we last reached out to a customer
