SuccessBloc (My Accounts Vs All Accounts)

In successBlocs, the users can select my accounts, which is great. However, when they click on the segment from the metric, it shows all accounts, and forces you to select my accounts again even though you have it already selected in the Success Blocs. This is because the Successbloc user filter and Segment user filter are currently not in sync and not supported in the product as of now. It would be great if those were in sync with one another to avoid less clicking.

Brittany - I'm not familiar with your instance or use case, but am curious how you've saved the default segment views when creating them.
For us, we have MANY segments built where My Accounts is the default view. We configured this when creating the segments.
Specifically, when the segment criteria and columns are ready and saved, you can click to show My Accounts then simply click the "kebab" drop-down on the top-right of the segment. From there, select "Save current view as Default" and anyone opening that segment in the future should see My Accounts the moment the segment loads.
Have you tried that? If so, I'm curious to learn what's preventing it from working so we can avoid this challenge ourselves.

My immediate thought is that the Account Scope of your leaders SuccessTeam should be constrained to only those accounts managed by their direct reports. Then, when those leaders open the segment it will automatically restrict them to the desired set of accounts (so long as the All Accounts view filter is default and the leader is on this constrained SuccessTeam).
I'm not clear on your config or even if that will work for you, but it's something we'd consider if needing to do it on our end. Maybe the Totango team or one our user peers here on the community will have a better approach to share. Good luck!
