If I could set in "campaign 12" a targeting for users:
"not targeted by "campaign 12" in the last 6 months" for example, this will allow me to create a seamless experience on the user end, while having unified campaigns that keep going forever with no need for duplicates.
For example, if I have a campaign for Onboarding users that could be effective for First Value users that drifted off, this ability will save me the time and managing of another campaign.
When they meet the criteria of usage again, if the user didn't get the onboarding campaign 12 email within 6 months, they'll get the same email again.
