Track Feature Requests
Hello,
Is there a capability to track customer feature requests?
What do other customers do to track feature requests? Are you importing the data from a 3rd party tool into Totango or managing this separately?

I'm using a multi select attribute for this currently, would love to know if there is a better solution
Hi Rachel, Totango uses a scheduled import of a data file to create new touchpoints whenever there is a new request added in our third-party request management tool (Aha). That way, we can see them on the timeline as they appear, as well as filter by Touchpoint Type or Flow to see all requests for a particular account or within a Touchpoint segment.
