We want to trigger SuccessPlays based on user segments. When a user enters a certain segment, a SuccessPlay can be triggered and populated with the data of this specific user.
Use case: customer satisfaction responses are imported on the user level (NPS, CES, CSAT...), and we can segment over them. For instance: segment of users with a negative rating, or segment of executive detractors. However, right now we have no way of leveraging that to trigger a SuccessPlay for a CSM to act on this information.
In addition, once we start being able to segment over collections, we should also be able to trigger SuccessPlays based on them.
