    If those can be triggered based on tag / attribute we'll use this extensively to provide CSM with specific information relevant for each account based on subscription and usage
    This will be amazing!

    If you guys are talking about internal (team and in-app) communication capabilities, we are definitely looking into this in the near future. 

    Question - do you see this popping up right after log-in, or more contextual at the account level?

    Yes I want to inform the team of things related to the account.
    I think at the account level will be better, so we can customize different messages based on different segments / tags.

    for example, if a client just used a feature for the first time in a while, I want the CSM to act on it the next time they check the account, but not to create a task for them to do something right now, (internal SOPs get every account looked at least once a month)

    A "floating block" like this would be amazing if I can set:
    - segment / tag as trigger
    - content to display in the block
    - Exit trigger / just auto-change once another segment/tag is triggered

    If you look at the work that Google and Microsoft are doing in the AI space, they now have the ability to Read and Summarize volumes of live news data on a client.

    Using, Totango attributes we can pull the client reference and fire them at these engines to pull the summarize data

    So just think if we had a widget that was linked to these AI engines we can promote to the Client Managers the ability to provide up to data summarized news about their clients, maybe even subscribe to new channels (it was something Yahoo did years ago but poorly, no AI engine).

    That way we are driving the Adoption of the platform, and even manual tasks as well as wider community collaboration. 

    Just think your a client manager, you've just seen a new broadcast that there is a major virus in the community. You could raise a task to your security lead to engage with your client to see if they need help...

    Ideally, i would like to have the messaging capability both at the start and client level. So you can have a business portfolio message at the start and really focused client actions when you open a client page. But if i could only have it in one place it would be at the client level.

    There would also be value in the ability for the CSM to dismiss the message, but Totango to track that they dismissed it as it could become annoying to have the same message coming across the screen for hours if they are logged in and working on a client program. Don't want it to stop automatically, let them dismiss it.
