    Brittany can you elaborate on what you mean? If you are looking to add a type to a task of say "In Person" then I assume you had a task to meet the customer and in this case you can mark the task as complete and file a followup touchpoint with the type "In Person" and add your notes...

    How do you see it?

    Hello, 

    Some of the successplays that trigger tasks are internal only tasks. It would be great if a task like 'Add Contact Role' defaulted as a 'Internal Note'..... rather than say a 'Telephone call'. Without having to manually change it.

    Oh you mean when you complete the task and file a followup touchpoint you would like type to be preset from the task somehow?
