    That was one of the first questions we had too! Our CSM told us this is on the roadmap, just not sure what the timeframe looks like.

    :) Yes this is currently in development and we hope to get touchpoint segmentation out by end of March or mid April!

    Yes, we need to segment by touchpoint type and touchpoint reason.

    It's great to be able to segment on touchpoint types now :) I would also like to be able to use them in columns in account segmenting. For example: I want to see all high touch accounts in a segment, and when they last had a meeting, workshop, e-mail, phonecall etc.
