How do I manage email notifications on a user level? Answered

I see how I can alter email notifications in global settings > general.   Is there a way to set notification permissions on a user level or allow the individual to turn only their own on/off?

    Totango users can manage individual notification preferences within their profile. Notifications for tasks may be uneditable if enforced within global settings.
