    Hi @vijay! Can you clarify if this feaure is available to segment by touch point reason (or segment by any of the enhanced touch point feaures like type, too)?

    Hi Lauren,

    The Touchpoint segmentation should be released this upcoming weekend! It will let you segment on all the touchpoint fields including reason and type etc..

    I do see the ability to filter by touchpoint reason, but I do not see how to add it as a column in my segment results. Am I missing something?

    Heather, you will see it as a column only for touchpoint segments. You cannot add it to an account or user segment.
