Product Tagging Capability in a Touchpoint

    Cynthia can you elaborate? If product is an account you could log your touchpoint there for the ultimate product context!

    Our hierarchy is Parent > Child > Product.  We log at the Child level, but I want to be able to tag Products so I know which the touchpoint was referring to.

    It would give me capability of logging everything in one place and then filtering the account's touchpoint history by Product. Some touchpoints/tasks are specific to the client and some relate back to the product.
