Making A SuccessBloc Public

If I publish a SuccessBloc, it will email out to everyone on that team. This is not always necessary and sometimes causes confusion. It would be great if this was optional.

  Hi Brittany,

  We changed this behaviour in our recent release. You can now choose if an email should go out or not.
