When a touchpoint is an internal note, the touchpoint reason disappears. Internal notes also have reasons. For instance, if I have a touchpoint reason for escalation prevention, I want to be able to tag contacts with customers, but also document the effort that we're doing with internal notes under the same reason. As it stands right, now, it's only possible to select a SuccessFlow for an internal note, and we lose the nuance of providing a touchpoint reason.
