    Thomas your timing is perfect! We are almost ready with this and hope to release it in 2-4 weeks! On a separate note would love to get some insight on NPS as I have started working on this feature. I would like to see what you are doing here...

    That's awesome! Thanks Vijay, great start. Keep it coming!

    2 improvements that I think could be killer:

    • Add trends: I want to see if our champions are trending up or down for instance
    • Add the ability to use more sophisticated formulas on segment aggregates instead of just a number or a percentage. That would be useful for NPS for instance, but also for other metrics (we compute a global CES score in a was that is comparable to NPS, for instance). But that's more a general improvement on scorecard and not specific to user segments.
