Hi Kristin, to understand better - can you please clarify what did you mean by "select by user your default due date"?

I just meant to have the choice that each user could select their default days due or if nothing at least have it at a system option for all users due date is X.

It is currently 7 days. If you could what would you set it to Kristin for a system option?

    Sorry to jump in-
But of possible I would make it not just per user but per success flow.
My onboarding tasks should be auto-spaced to let's say 2 or 3 days from today, tasks in other success flows can go to 1 week, or even 2-3 weeks for the ones in advanced stages.

I haven't dealt with the need to reduce my task follow up timeline from the 7 day default often enough I would want to change my default, but I can absolutely see how this would be beneficial for others.

So for my use case, it is most helpful for manually created tasks and NOT Success plays.  With Success plays we are setting the due dates for tasks as we want them so as mentioned above, we might have different dates for onboarding vs. adoption and for the plays we are setting those differently.

My thought on by user was just that sometimes our Success engineers and CSM's are often putting in one off tasks of things that need to be done within 24-48 hours and want the reminder.  so for those things they often forget to change the due date to move it up and it won't show high on their agenda if they are sorting by due date until after it really needs due.

By doing the option, it allows us to not miss track of those tasks as we have lots of different tasks and accounts that each person is managing at one time and I would rather the due date get automatically put in higher and not be missed and they back out the due date rather than miss it altogether.  Hope this helps.
