Ability to change the default due date on a task
Right now the default Due Date when creating a task is one week from today (or day you enter task). Most of the tasks being created outside of success plays really need to get completed sooner. We task our teams to use their agenda as their to do list for the day. therefore, many tasks that they create are due within a day or two. It would be nice to have the option to select by user your default due date. Sometimes, we forget to change the date and it doesn't show in priority as high as we really want it too.

So for my use case, it is most helpful for manually created tasks and NOT Success plays. With Success plays we are setting the due dates for tasks as we want them so as mentioned above, we might have different dates for onboarding vs. adoption and for the plays we are setting those differently.
My thought on by user was just that sometimes our Success engineers and CSM's are often putting in one off tasks of things that need to be done within 24-48 hours and want the reminder. so for those things they often forget to change the due date to move it up and it won't show high on their agenda if they are sorting by due date until after it really needs due.
By doing the option, it allows us to not miss track of those tasks as we have lots of different tasks and accounts that each person is managing at one time and I would rather the due date get automatically put in higher and not be missed and they back out the due date rather than miss it altogether. Hope this helps.
