    Thank you for the response. To clarify, on the first point, there are cases we do not disable the CSM as we are just shifting accounts. So only those account tasks would need to be assigned to the new CSM.

    We have also been asking for similar functionality. I added to the product wishlist a while back. This would really be a time saver for your team and myself. Thx, Katie

    As an admin, I'd like to update in bulk and set a bunch of tasks to closed or even delete them.  This is a feature that allows me to clean up things.

    Hi Brittany, 

    For the first part of your comment, you should be able do the changes as you disable/delete the old CSM from Totango. You can find the details about it here in our knowledge base article. 

    For the attribute name update, this is a great point and we certainly hear it from other customers about a way to easily update attribute. We will look into how we can improve this area. Thanks for your feedback.
