    This would also be beneficial for our team. For example, if we have a 'complete onboarding call', this could sometimes turn into several calls and it would be great to be able to track and report on this with a % complete.

    Agreed. This and the inability to break down a task into sub-tasks is what will keep some of our task tracking into Asana.

    Yes we plan to add task progress in the near future. We are also working on being able to add Internal Notes that are not touchpoints or won't count as a touch. Both of these should help address this request.

    This would be amazing.


    Tasks with duration would also allow us to follow up on the amount of time it takes to handle specific tasks (like bugs, or setup) and identify room for improvement.

     

    I currently track it on a very basic level- with comments like this sample:

    But having duration / completion percentage would allow us to run reports and analyze, not just track the individual tasks :)

    I am happy to announce that as part of the Jasper Release we introduced Internal Notes that allow you to capture account related discussions that are not counted as a customer touch.
