Removing 'Standard' Attributes from Header
Today, there are 2 'attributes' in the header that can not be hidden from view: Status and Dates. One of those dates is 'create date' which is when the record was created within Totango. However, it's often confused for the date in which the record became a customer of ours. That date can be valuable for segmentation and administrative purposes, but it's absolutely unnecessary for the users of Totango. We'd like the ability to remove it from he header, freeing up precious space for other top priority attributes.

Absolutely agree. The status is null as we have used API to pull a dynamic status from our CSM into Totango. The current date is set as "Creation Date" which is referencing the date of creation within our CRM, not within our CSM - so it's nearly useless. Both spots would be very valuable real estate.
