Improve Touchpoint bounce back email

Hi Totango team,

 

It would majorly help my daily workflow if the bounce back 'We were not able to log this touchpoint for you at this time. We did not find a matching account associated with the following emails: xx' would include the email that I sent to a contact so I could simply copy and paste it rather than having to go back to my sent emails and look for the email.

 

In addition to that it would be great if Totango would suggest an account, let's say it didn't recognize jenny@example.com, but it would recognize 'example.com' and list any accounts that have that particular email domain, and put a link in the bounce back.

 

Like this I could either copy the text of my original email, click on one of the suggested accounts, paste it in my touchpoints once the app launches, or even simpler; click on one of the suggested accounts in the bounce back and Totango would automatically add the email to that account as a touchpoint.
