Use case: I want to compute the NPS for a segment used in a SuccessBLOC. As long as I know the number of detractors, passives & detractors for each account in the segment, that's a pretty simple formula, but one that cannot be entered yet as a KPI.
The average NPS of all accounts in the segment is not the NPS of the segment, computed from all responses in the segments.
This would required the ability to create a formula as KPI, just like we can create a custom metric, with the ability to use different aggregation functions for account attributes in the segment (in the NPS case, a simple sum works).
As a workaround, the ability to update SuccessBLOCs KPIs through the API from the outside would also work.
