Lifecycle Statuses changes during completion of a success play
AvailableWe tried to add on our life cycle status for onboarding to a specific success plays as something that needs to be changed/completed when they complete the success play. However, we found that today when that pulls up the life cycle status shows as None even if it is in a status.
This is not optimal for this usage for a couple reasons:
1. The idea behind this is to save our folks time going to multiple places to ensure when they complete a task they also check off/fill out all the right attributes, change the status etc so the work flow will continue. However, because it shows None but really is in a different state, this causes someone to need to confirm the current state before doing anything with it. Therefore it is NOT saving time.
2. Because of the above, this could also lead to many mistakes and statuses getting put into incorrect stages and/or because of that cause success plays to unnecessarily fire. this would also lead to a lot of unnecessary work and clean up.
Therefore, it would be great if it would show the current status of the life cycle so you can save time and accurately push it into the next stage that is needed.

Hi Kristin!
The way it should work is the way you describe it - the status needs to be pre-populated. Thanks for reporting, we're going to take care of it and update shortly. If you'd like to followup on this directly feel free to contact our support team.
