Segment by "Last Changed" for Custom Attributes

I would like to see the functionality of tracking Custom Attribute changes, such as an item pulled from a CRM, by changed date - allowing us to populate a segment if the change takes place within a specific time; in the last week, month, etc. 

This tracking will allow us to be aware of changes to opportunity statuses by individually populating them into a segment only if a change occurs.
