Ability for admin users to delete tasks
A CSM accidentally completes a tasks in error. Out of habit, they don't hit undo immediately. They can recreate a new one but the completed one stays on the account's timeline. We'd like to be able to delete them just like touchpoints can be deleted. According to this article https://support.totango.com/hc/en-us/articles/204012969-My-Portfolio-Overview that's not possible. Please update to allow at minimum the global admins to do this.

Hi Kylee, any user should be able to delete tasks from their Agenda/Work tab in their My Portfolio, unless the permissions are set differently. You should be able to find the delete option on the right side end of every task.
I am sorry that we have an article that's not updated. I will make sure we add the latest information to this article.
