    We do support disabling instead of deleting lifecycle stages that you don't need. You can read more about this feature here.

    Disabling/deleting lifecycles is VERY painful if you have successplays/health tied to them.  You basically have to recreate everything.  Being able to reorder/disable stages would be amazing as sometimes you don't know the full lifecyle up front, or your process needs to change as your business develops.  Having to redo all of this stuff in Totango when that happens is problematic right now.

    Popping back into this one...we heavily modified one of our success blocs and ended up adding additional phases to the beginning / end of our process.  As there's no way to reorder status / lifecycle phases, the cycle stages show out of order in segment reporting that we use with our team. 

    We're having to rebuild these attributes and plays to overcome this obstacle...would be great to be able to reorder these things!

    I second all of these requests. I would also add, having the flexibility to add an end stage after the lifecycle has been created would be helpful. This is a major inconvenience.

    Right, but those lifecycle statuses aren't necessarily linear anyway.  If I have 5 lifecycle stages, those customers could go from stage 2 to 4 to 3.  The dates the customer enters each stage is still valid, even if they're out of order....unless I'm misunderstanding.

    Jimmy and others, this lifecycle status field keeps track of dates and times of transition between those dates... Swapping those values around will result in dates that are out of sequence. For e.g, if I have Kick-Off before Go Live initially and existing accounts already have kick-off on June 1st and Go Live at June 30th, letting Go Live move ahead of Kick-Off while simple will render the dates invalid in the sequence for accounts.

    I don't see an easy solution to this.
