    There are several bulk actions and I am planning to address all of them wholistically.

    Today there is a full assignment process when a CSM leave that include assign all his assets and ownership of assets. IS this is what you are thinking of or you more interested of alerting mechanism.

    Ideally, when the customer success manager attribute is changed from CSM A to CSM B, all of the open tasks on that account would also change.

    We're experiencing some CSM team growing pains, where a lot of Customers are being handed off to newly hired CSMs. This means that bulk assigning tasks from CSM A to CSM B upon changing the assignment (not necessarily upon CSMs leaving).

    The manual process to reassign open tasks on account moves is also a pain point for our team which impacts productivity and activity tracking.

    Matt we are starting to work on this so I don't have a timeline yet. I can report back once we start Dev since I will have a better visibility then.
