% Change Option

The % change option is present for custom metrics and not present for attribute. It would be very valuable to be able to have this option on attributes as well.

  Hi Brittany! Could you give a little more detail on what you're trying to accomplish, and which attributes you'd like to see this on?

  Hi Christine, 

  I would like to have the option to calculate health using attributes that are not custom metrics. For example, if storage used is an indicator of health, we would like to say if Storage Used Attribute dropped 15% within the last 30 days, it is unhealthy. Currently, you can use the % calculation within health only if the attribute is a custom metric, but not an attribute. Please let me know if you need additional detail. Thanks for looking into this!

  I think this may be along the same lines as Brittany's request, but the request for "change" option is similar. For instance, we have data synced from SFDC including "Account Executive". CSMs would like to be alerted within Totango when the AE changes on an account. There is no criteria to target based on "change" to the attribute currently. It would be great if "change" were an option, and we could also specify "Has changed" in X number of days (and/or X percentage change, in Brittany's case).
