    Hi all,

We are working on enabling the user to collapse/expand widgets as well as dfinning on which tab in the account profile the user will land. all of these capabilities will be kept per user.

Customizing the account profile to meet your needs make sense but why do you think it make sense that a person will hide a widget if the admin ir the team manager decided that its important to have it ?

Different users on the same one account have different roles, different responsibilities, and different focus areas. Not every single person in every single role needs to see every single data widget, but the admin must make every single data widget available since settings for them apply to the account profile, not the user type.

Acknowledging there are challenges hiding the widgets entirely (for both admins and the teams they support, as well as for product development and engineering teams to create), please note that an acceptable alternative would be offering the ability to collapse or minimize widgets (either one at a time or all at once).

Basically, let's not get hung up on the idea of "hiding," and let's instead focus on helping users prioritize and personalize what they most need to see on profile pages.

I would very much like the capability of moving widgets according to importance or frequency of use.

I believe we already have the capability to "hide" things from UI in the current version. (Non-Ibiza). However, collapsing would allow unused widgets to be placed at the bottom and then collapsed.

I agree that different widgets are more valuable to CSMs depending on the particular account and its segment. I like the idea of being able to collapse specific widgets vs remove altogether as I think this option would reduce confusion for CSMs as well as management of various layouts for admins (if applicable). From CSM feedback "less is more" - the team has mentioned there is "just too much going on that it becomes overwhelming" - this feature would definitely help simplify based on personal preference and allow the CSM the option to expand/view as-needed. Great idea!

I agree, this is also important for us. We have several collections and the widgets are ordered alphabetically on the account profile page, which makes little sense in terms or prioritization. We should be able to choose the ordering of these widgets, so that the most important collection is on the top, and we can group them by theme.

Agreed. The aforementioned possibility of hiding or minimizing and expanding a widget would also be beneficial for us, as some collections can take up quite a lot of space and might not be equally relevant in every situation.

This would help us a lot as well!
Customizing this will potentially save us hours on the CS team.

Totally agree that differing profiles should have differing widgets, after all they do differing job and hence require differing attributes.

I would also love to be able to prioritize or move the widgets around, even if its only with fixed templates... after all if you had multiple levels in the hierarchy, at the top level you might more focus on clients metric's and contacts rather than the last touch point..

I agree, this would be really helpful for our team as well! I really like the idea of being able to move the widgets around on the page to what works for the individual CSM and having the capability to expand or collapse a widget.

Danielle, You might be aware but still worth mentioning I believe that we released the ability to reorder the widgets. However, it is still at the team and account type level. We will enhance it further to be at the individual level.
