    Thank you Paul.

    As I am sure you know, today you can filter the touchpoints by SuccessFlow.  I believe this requirement make sense and we will consider it in the future.

    Our Team has requested this as well! The specific details they provided would be able to search Touchpoints by Users, key words or convo streams. I love the idea of SuccessFlows but I do not believe it is helpful for our Team to easily find and search their notes.

    Hi Danielle, Paul,

    We recently added a search on the account timeline to be able to do keyword search and filter by users. I hope you are aware of that.

    We will also look into extending this into the area of the segments.
