Can I log emails I send to my customers to Totango? Answered
I'd like to log the emails I send to my customers as touchpoints in their Totango timeline. How do I do that?

Yes! You can use Email-to-Touchpoint in order to connect your emails to contacts in Totango. Our Knowledge Base article has more information on the details of that feature.
Please note that the recipient customer's email address must belong to a user tracked in Totango at least once, and the contact must belong to a single account.
