How do I update the list of accounts that make up my portfolio?

    Depending on the settings in your Totango instance, you may or may not be able to define your portfolio scope. Totango admins can choose to either pre-configure their users' portfolios, or allow their users to configure their own.

    If enabled, you can update your portfolio by clicking the settings cog wheel in the upper right corner of the Accounts section of the home My Portfolio page. 

     

    Then you'll be able to adjust your portfolio scope using the appropriate filters. 

    Note that in some cases, Totango admins may choose to pre-configure their users' account portfolios. In this case you would not be able to change the accounts you see. In this case you'll need to work with your admin to adjust your portfolio to include all of your new accounts.

    Additionally, pinning an account to your Attention Center will also add that account to your My Portfolio. If the account isn’t already a part of your portfolio of accounts, it will be included there for the duration of time it’s pinned.

    You can Pin an Account by clicking on the Red Push Pin Icon from an Account List View or Account Profile Screen.
