How do I remove someone from the scheduled activity list? Answered

I have multiple segments that are shared once per week to my team. I had one team members transfer to a new department so I need to remove her from the list as the reports a not relevant in her new role. How do I go about doing this?

    If you are sending to multiple email addresses vs. a distribution list the way to update would be to 

    stop the current share and set up a new share with the updated list of receivers for those segments
