Activate Campaign API

Hello - our team is building an integration to Totango to enable customers to trigger events in Totango via automation. One item that we're not finding in the API documentation is Activate Campaign. Can you help us out with confirmation whether this action is yet supported via API, and if so, could you point me to the right documentation for it? If not supported, I'd love to understand why.

    Hi Scott Tewel - I'm not aware of the ability to activate a campaign via API. Can you tell me more about this use case for activating a campaign via API? Perhaps I can provide an explanation / workaround once I understand what you'd like to achieve. 

    As you may know, campaign targets are defined using custom criteria, and the emails get triggered as soon as that criteria is met (ongoing, once, recurring). Once “activated,” it means that Totango is turned “on” for that campaign to start looking for the trigger criteria to exist; the data for which can be sent into Totango from an integration (e.g., account attributes, user attributes, user actions / behaviors, etc.).
