Hi Aaditya!
Many companies group measures into categories or dimensions that help you answer questions like, "What is the volume and depth of use?" or "Is the customer getting value they signed up for?" It may also depend on the customer's journey stage, which is why you can set up different health profiles for different groups of customers (e.g., health for a customer who is in onboarding may look very different than health for an established customer).
Here are some common health indicators that could go into a health profile:
This article may be helpful to get you started: https://support.totango.com/hc/en-us/articles/202301749-Best-practices-for-designing-health-profiles
Another resource I recommend is this quick tip video with best practices on choosing health indicators. It provides an overview of metrics, pitfalls to avoid, and application of how you might apply these best practices in Totango: https://campus.totango.com/video-choosing-health-indicators/11272
If you're interested in learning more about setting up health profiles, I recommend this self-paced course: https://campus.totango.com/designing-health-profiles-in-totango (which includes downloads), or talk to someone live in this deep dive webinar: https://totango.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_2W0ehGfsTLW1KQ0OTmQHkg?#/registration
Within Totango, you must be a global admin or have special permissions to access the health designer (Settings > Data Management > Health Designer). Here's an article to give you the step-by-step: https://support.totango.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030899812-Configure-profiles-for-account-health
