Query Objectives Title for context Answered

Hi,

We are creating objectives in Totango and we want to be able to query whether certain objectives exists for 100s of customers.   I can create a segment which shows how many objectives each account has.  However, I am unable to query further on the name of the objective.

 

Is there a way to do this within Totango or through the API?

    Hi Irshad,

    To get more data points on objectives, you can generate a standard report from Totango (Outcome Success Plan) and then query within a spreadsheet (outside of Totango).

    I see a few wishlist items to add more objective data points to segmentation engines. If you have the time, the Totango product team would appreciate your feedback on these items via comments / votes:

    Hi Kristin,

    Thank you for responding.  I have upvoted the first item.  The second one gives me a record not found error.

    It will be good to be able to query objectives through the API too.  Maybe leveraging the Segmentation engine will allow that.
