Homestyle task effectiveness and a dash of customer health
What is a simple recipe to analyze task effectiveness? I've activated a new SuccessPlay (with a task) to address risk. Now I want to compare it to other risk-related plays that don't have this new task.
Ingredients:
- 1 custom flow
- 2 segments (with flow filters)
Preparation:
- Add a new custom flow.
- Apply the custom flow to the SuccessPlay with the task(s) that you want to analyze.
- Create an account segment with the following filters: Risk Status = exists | Completed Tasks (select the custom flow) >=1 in the last 30 days.
- Create another account segment with the following conditions: Risk Status = exists | Completed Tasks (select all flows EXCEPT the custom flow) >=1 in the last 30 days.
- Use the segment summary view to compare the average customer health of the accounts in each segment.
Cook's note:
Using customer health to analyze task effectiveness is a simple and unpretentious approach, but it is not often a direct indicator. Remember, this recipe is "homestyle." 😀
